1. 30-Day Return Window 

At bodance.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. 

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn, unwashed, or unused, with original tags still attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

Starting a return is simple:

  2. Approval: Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Shipment: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs 

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), bodance.com will cover the full return shipping costs.

  • Customer Preference: For other returns (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered), customers will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Delayed Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
